Details
Our women’s retreats in Japan are an intimate nature escape designed for rest, creativity, and connection. Each retreat is limited to 6–8 guests (excluding hosts) to keep the experience personal and welcoming. Zenoko retreats include low-pressure social events as well as creative and cultural activities (eg; watercolour painting, matcha workshops) along with time to relax and connect with others.
(The full activity schedule will be shared once the retreat is confirmed, and a short survey at registration helps us tailor the experience to the group.)
Location
Set in the beautiful countryside of Nagano Prefecture, this retreat is immersed in quiet mountain landscapes and expansive nature. Far from the rush of city life, Nagano offers crisp air, peaceful forests, and a grounding sense of calm. Nagano is the perfect backdrop for slowing down, exploring creativity, and sharing meaningful moments with a small group of women in a cozy retreat home.
